RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At KOI CASES, we strive to provide high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please note that we do not provide return labels under any circumstances

To request a return, customers must contact us at support@koicases.com within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Products must be unused and in their original condition. KOI CASES reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Refunds

Once the return request is reviewed and approved, a refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Refunds are issued only in accordance with this Refund Policy.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Shipping delays

  • Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Customer dissatisfaction due to personal preference

  • Failure to review product details or policies before purchasing

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

  • Shipping delays are not valid reasons for chargebacks

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled

  • Refunds are issued strictly in accordance with this Refund Policy

  • Customers must contact our support team before opening any payment dispute

Chargebacks opened without prior contact may result in account restrictions and permanent refusal of future service.
